At Swat Handicrafts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our authentic Swati woolen shawls and traditional handicrafts from Swat Valley.

Return Eligibility

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as received.

How to Return

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom-made or personalized items, items damaged due to misuse, and items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund.
